Room in Wapping Wharf

Room available in really nice 2 bed flat with big open plan living and kitchen area and unreal Harbourside views from the balcony

The room comes unfurnished but the living/kitchen area is furnished with white goods and my furniture (as shown in pics)

I work from home 3/4 days a week so usually around during the daytime then always keen for a couple pints in the eve or just chilling and watching a movie and doing a bit of cooking

I quite often have a few late nights at the flat on the weekends and host pres and afters relatively regularly so somebody’s who chill with that is essential and even better if you’re keen to get involved

Incoming tenant must go through salary checks and references with the landlords letting agency. Applicant will need to be in full time work and earning over £25k
