1 double en-suite room to rent!!

Hello, my current flatmate is moving out at their end of our current lease and am looking for someone to replace her! The room is a double room with en-suite and the flat has a shared living room and kitchen. Amenities include balcony, WiFi, washer and dishwasher. Bills are WiFi, electric and council tax on top of rent (water included in rent). It is a great size for 2 people and very centrally located essentially next to college green/harbourside! You will be moving in and living with myself. I work as a dentist 4 days a week, will be away weekends on occasion and looking for someone responsible, clean and chill to keep the status quo! If this sounds good hmu and we can arrange a call/viewing. Looking to have someone move in around early/mid Aug just need to confirm with roommate when she’s moving out!
