Stunning en-suite room looking for replacement

I’m moving out of this flat and looking for someone to take this room. Currently holding viewing on Sunday.

It’s a furnished light airy en-suite come with its own bathroom in a two bedroom flat. It comes with a double bed, a chest and a huge closet. I’m also looking to sale my desk and game chair if you are interested in retaining them. Everything in the bathroom works perfectly.

You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with my current flatmate, a young professional who is very into boxing and cooking. He is very kind and makes amazing Chinese food.

The flat has a balcony where you can overlook the river, offering stunning scenery especially at sunset.

I’m looking for someone tidy and clean, who enjoy a chat every now and then but also respect each other’s space.

My rental contract would end in November so you might need to discuss further contract with the landlord if you wish to
