About the flat: gorgeous and fully furnished 2-bed flat in the city centre with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), large balcony, second smaller balcony, open shared dinning room/kitchen/lounge, and bike storage. Rent is £700/month pp including water bill and other bills are around £174/month pp (so £874 total per month). Photos are of the bedroom with ensuite, but happy to discuss room situation. Landlord is lovely and very helpful. Council tax band A (£103/month pp, already included in monthly bill total). Scaffolding is on track to be taken down in September (before move in).

About the flatmate: 25f professional working in the nature wellbeing and environmental sectors. Loves travelling (has lived in 5 countries) & everything outdoorsy (nature, hiking, watersports, swimming, climbing, adventures). Loves cooking (bonus points if you like Caribbean food!), music, culture and meeting new people! Reallllyy clean, tidy and respectful. Not a big drinker but still enjoys going out.

Looking for: Clean, respectful & cultured flatmate! Someone with similar interests would be fun! No pets or dependants.

Location: 3 min walk from college green, 30 sec walk from millennium Square, 30 sec walk from the floating harbour (opposite SS great britain), 5 min walk from Queens Square. 5 min walk to city centre bus stops. 20 min walk to Temple Meads.

Parking is difficult on the road - would be a park and walk situation
