Double Bedroom with Adjacent Bathroom

I’m a 24 year old man looking for a professional tenant to move in from the 15th September for a long term tenancy. You will have a furnished double bedroom with a separate bathroom of your own, a shared open plan kitchen/lounge space. I work normal office hours and I’m looking for someone who works similar hours in a stable job but is social at the weekends like myself. The rent is £800pcm plus bills which presently come to around £2-£250 each per month. I would prefer someone without a car as our space is currently being rented out however this could be negotiable. It is a council tax band D which costs £205 per month presently.
