This spacious room offers close proximity to popular transport networks and is surrounded by and walking distance from Bristol's main attractions; eateries, music venues, bars, clothing shops and sights to see. Living here really allows you to experience the heart of Bristol in its most authentic form. Park street is surrounded by historical monuments and public art, along with popular restaurants and clothing shops. The street is situated next to a large park with views of the whole of Bristol, along with the Harbourside.

The room is a double with plenty of space for furniture; the room comes equipped with a double bed frame, coffee machine and small mini fridge (all negotiable). The high ceilings and big windows allow the room to feel light and airy. The room overlooks a large courtyard and estate and being situated on the opposite side of the building means there is much less noise. The room is also conveniently right next to the bathroom.

The rest of the apartment is decorated to feel refreshing and energising, offering large sash windows overlooking Park St to keep you in tune with the city. I welcome anyone to add their personal touch to the rest of the house and to decorate the bedroom freely as long no painting the walls and returning the room to its original state.

I am a professional working at St Nicholas market and studying photography. I enjoy Bristol's music and art culture and hope to find someone like minded, however I am still open minded to anyone who is interested despite their endeavours. I enjoy my own space very much but am always up for adventures and would happily introduce newcomers to the city. Respect for the existing furniture is the only must, so large parties and untidy people are a no.
