Looking for a flatmate

There is a Spare Room in my flat. Looking for another sociable easy going person to join me.
I like to keep things tidy but understand life sometimes gets in the way.
I leave for work pretty early, come back 5/6 sometimes 7 or 8 if I gym.
On weekends I either work as my job is quite intense lol, or I chill see friends/cycle about.

I would need a flatmate that is respectful of this and not trying to host afters at 5:00 am every weekend or something haha, been there and love that for you, but wrong house if that's your vibe!

There is a currently a single bed in the spare room as it quite small, however I think it will fit a double bed, there would just be less room space!!

(Happy to have that bed moved and you put in whatever bed you would like! Flat was unfurnished when I moved in so just accumulation of Ikea and what I could scab off relatives)

Room comes with its own bathroom has a high quality finish kitchen, massive fridge freezer, electric boiler, dishwasher and washing machine.
