Double Bedroom in Harbourside Flat

Hi, I am planning to move out of my current flat in the Harbourside area in March 2025 to move in with my partner.

The room on offer is a spacious double bedroom, with plenty of space for storage, desk space, TV etc. It is technically unfurnished but I am happy to sell some of the furniture including the bed and set of drawers to whoever moves in.

It is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat, so even though it is not en-suite, you do get a private bathroom just to yourself.

The Kitchen/Living room area is very spacious and has everything you need, including a dishwasher.

You get your own parking space included, in the undergrounf parking within the building. (There is no extra expense for this, so if you don't have a car there is nothing to worry about).

You will be sharing the flat with my friend Julian, who owns a cat (Bella) who also lives in the flat. Julian is a pretty chill guy with a regular 9 - 5 job with hobbies in fitness and dancing. He would like to find someone who is clean and tidy and who he can also get along with during the week. He will be meeting potential candidates for the room as part of the process.

NOTE: the building is currently undergoing works on its cladding, as most flat buildings in Bristol, we have been informed that the works are set to end in March 2025 but there is no guarantee of this. (I do believe they will be done at some point in 2025). Therefore, there is currently scaffolding up against the windows, and some noise during working hours monday to friday. (Our balcony is also not accessible currently due to the works).
