15-20 mins walk to Temple Meads and within easy reach of the city.

You will have use of the kitchen lounge which you’ll share with me and your own private bathroom (note: this is not en-suite) Room has a quality double bed, wardrobe, drawers, 2 x bedside drawers and full length mirror. There is a small terrace with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. Secure bike storage available.

Looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy. Absolutely no smokers. I am home most days so ideally you’ll be out at work but a couple of days a week working from home is fine. I also travel a lot so you may have the place to yourself at times. I am sociable and like to cook and chill out and am happy to share a beer or glass of wine but I also like my own space so looking for someone similar. I’m not a party animal or a nightowl!

The cleaner comes monthly and all bills are included, including broadband.

Minimum 4 months tenancy and I will require one month rental at the start along with 1 month as a deposit.

Will consider Mon-Fri (4 nights) at a reduced rate.
