The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, and wardrobe.

There is a communal kitchen with a washing machine and fridge-freezer along with other usual kitchen amenities. There is a communal living and dining area with a TV, a patio area, and a bathroom with a bath/shower.

The house is in a quiet residential area in a great location; it's right on the Harbourside and is a 10 mins walk to Wapping Wharf (some of the best shops and cafes in Bristol), 5 mins walk to the closest corner shop, and 20 mins walk to the nearest supermarket.

A bit about me - I'm a female professional working hybrid 9 - 5. I have really enjoyed living here over the past 18 months; I love being so close to the Harbourside and the private landlord is really nice and easy-going.

My current housemate has bought a place of her own so I'm looking for a replacement on behalf of my landlady. I like to keep the house quiet and clean as somewhere I can relax and recharge.
