We have two double rooms available. Bills arent included in the rent but with bills the smaller one is £660 per month and the larger one is £745 per month.
We spend time downstairs together and do the occasional pub trip but we also value and respect each other’s space.
The house is in a great location on Spike Island near the Wapping Wharf. Walking distance from the city centre.
It is a shared house of four people. The two housemates that are staying are Alex 26 and Max 27.
We can be flexible on the start date between mid-September and the end of October.
