I'm moving out of this wonderful 2 bed flat on Spike Island and looking for a housemate to replace me. You'll be living with my current housemate, Harry, who has been great to live with the past few years. He's a great laugh to be around, a good cook and is also very clean and takes pride in the flat.

The room itself is a small double room, with space for a bed, desk and some storage space. The bed frame, bedside table, desk and chair are staying in the room, the rest will be moved out

The rest of the flat consists of a large living room, a small kitchen, leading a back room, a single bathroom, and 2 balconies that overlook the harbourside.
The property also includes underground private parking, which doubles as bike storage

It's located right next to Whapping Wharf, so you'll have no shortage of palces to eat on your doorstep and it's a 5 min walk from Asda and a 10 min walk to the centre.

The property is managed by Sarah Kenny who have been brilliant whilst I've been here. They've always been quick to respond and issues get sorted promptly. The flat has had a new hot water cylinder fitted in the past year and various other improvements have been made whilst I've been here.
