Double Room in Harbourside

Hello 👋🏻

I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment on the Harbourside. I am hoping to find someone to take the other bedroom and jump on the tenancy with me 🙂. The room is £850 plus bills, taking you to around £1000.

The room is unfurnished and is big enough for a double bed and some furniture. You’ll have your own private bathroom (with a bath, if that’s your thing! 🛁)

I have furnished the rest of the flat with my own things… The work desk in the pictures will be going and will be replaced with a kitchen table and chairs. If you have any furniture you’d like to bring, we can definitely discuss that!

You’d also have another flat mate in the form of a dog! Flora is 8 years old and she really enjoys strokes and a fuss being made of her. She doesn’t bark and is very well behaved 🙂.

A bit about me… I work full time in an office during the week. Sometimes Flora comes with me or sometimes she stays at home and a dog walker comes at lunch. In the week evenings I like to relax, see friends, watch tv (currently enjoying MAFS and celebrity traitors) or go to the occasional pub quiz. On the weekends I am usually out and about with Flora, or having a chill day!

It would be nice to share with someone relaxed, tidy and respectful. I’m happy to be as social with my future flat mate as they’d like to be, but I also appreciate if you prefer your own space.
