Spacious double room in Harbourside (ensuite)

Hi! This is a brand new flat and I am looking for a flatmate for the master bedroom which has an ensuite in it for Dec 1st. It is very spacious and I will have it furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and nightstand (currently just a picture of it empty). The washroom and room in the ad will be your room. All bills are included (water, council tax, etc + wifi).

The location is amazing and is right by the SS Great Britain. It is about a 15min walk to Asda and less than 10min from all the food containers at Whapping Wharf. I don't drive and I find this location central to anywhere I need to be.

A little about me: I work as an accountant and I WFH half the week (ideally looking for someone that isn't WFH full time). I moved here over a year ago from Canada and have really grown to love Bristol! I love to be out and about socializing with friends, going for coffees, walks, and the sort. I would love to have a flatmate that I can socialize with and have a coffee/drink with but equally have our own down time. It'd be nice to make it a nice cozy open space. I really value a tidy and organized space in the common areas.
