Female Only-Harbourside, Spacious And Bright Room

Newly renovated, never been lived in.
I’m a student in University of Bristol, this house is really close to the university only 15 minutes to get there.
I don’t spend too much time on weekdays in the house, and I prefer flatmate who is quiet in the evening, live regularly is much better. Tidy in public area at least.
The house now including double bed-frame, washing and dryer machine, microwave, filter and hot drinking machine, shelves, dining table and chairs, dishwasher, closet, vacuum clean tools, I bought them so the rent change to a little higher, but what you need is only a mattress.

Internet fees including, hyper optic, perfect for playing games, watching videos and coding.

EPC-B, gas for cooking, gas for hating washing system, always warm indoor, no need to worry too much about bills.

But I don’t want some strangers showing up in my house often , so I do not prefer people who will invite their boyfriend/dating guys/family to come often, sorry. Same gender friends are welcome, but no party, sorry.
Pets need to talks with landlord first.
