Double room on Bristol Harbourside

My housemate is sadly moving out so I am looking to fill his room in a two bed flat on Bristol Harbourside next to Wapping Wharf, so a short walk to the city centre.

The room is a small double with a great view of the Harbourside. It is unfurnished but my current housemate is willing to sell the bed/mattress for cheap if needed - it has an in built wardrobe and there is also shared storage in the hallway which you can use also if needs be.

The flat is a great space with a large open plan living/kitchen area and a balcony which overlooks the Harbourside.

I’m 26 years old and work hybrid as a project manager with about 2/3 days in the office a week so ideally I’d like to find someone of a similar age who has a similar working set up and doesn’t WFH full time.

In my spare time I enjoy running and going to the gym and going to pub quizzes with friends! I’m very social but like my own space from time to time.

I’m also just as happy sticking on some telly (bonus points if you like documentaries!) At weekends I’m often out and about exploring - at an event or gig or with friends/ having people over for drinks or food, and you’d be more than welcome to do the same — I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s always been a sociable, relaxed flat and I’d like to find someone who would keep it that way!

Rent is currently £675pcm not including bills. Bills are around £200 a month, depending on the time of year.
