Stunning room available in central Bristol flat

I’m posting because I’m looking for a new housemate in my lovely flat just across the water from King St in central Bristol.

The room available is a good size with an en suite bathroom. The flat is a really high spec, lovely kitchen units with a dishwasher too. I’ve attached some pics, including one of the bedroom. It’s located on the fourth floor so you don’t hear much noise from the streets below at all.

Rent is about £900 a month and there is an available parking space included. Council tax and bills are not included in that price. Ideal move in date would be end of March/early April.
