Sunny double room in iconic harboursde house

We are a family of four living in an enormous house 5 storey house on Bristol harbour. 7 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, office, playroom, the house is huge.

We have two young boys, so you can expect a bit of chaos, though this is generally contained to the ground floor. We try to keep things relatively clean and tidy, but I cannot promise a show home at any point.

On the top floor, we let out two of the bedrooms. Our current lodger has been with us since January this year and is wonderful. She is moving to Glasgow in June, at which point her very large room will be available. Currently, there is a double room available.

Bathroom is shared by all the adults in the house, but the children have their own bathroom. The adults' bathroom is always immaculate and has a separate bath and shower.

There are two dogs in the house. Both of them are quite old and quiet. We are open to allowing other dogs to live with us as long as they are quiet and well-behaved. Our dog is very old and we don't want him to get upset by a more energetic dog in his twilight years.

We're looking for a friendly lodger, preferably female, who would like to join us. You're welcome to use our kitchen, living room etc and long-term partners and family members are welcome to visit.

Apologies for the dreadful photos - they were taken before we moved in. The house is now fully furnished with lovely furniture. The bedroom currently has a king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a built in wardrobe. There is a lovely view of the rear of Bristol harbour. The room is south facing and is very light and airy. Please note that the ceiling is lower than average, so wouldn't be suitable for anyone over 6ft tall.
