Hiya! I’m Chloe, and I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to share my modern 2-bed flat in Harbourside, Bristol BS1.

The available room is the larger bedroom and comes fully furnished, including a TV, with its own en suite, so you’d have your own space and privacy too. The flat also comes with secure gated parking included, which is a bit of a dream in central Bristol.

The flat itself is warm, cosy and homely, with an open-plan kitchen/living space and a calm feel throughout. The building is quiet and well looked after, with a nice courtyard outlook, and the location is amazing. It’s right on Harbourside/Wapping Wharf, with waterside walks, pubs, cafés, restaurants, the city centre and Bedminster all within easy reach.

I’d really love to find someone who wants the flat to feel like a proper home. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who feels like a friend as well as a flatmate. Someone who’d be up for movie nights, binge-watching Off Campus, pub quizzes, coffee walks, trying new food spots, wholesome plans, spontaneous little adventures, and the occasional cheeky night out or dance here and there.

A bit about me: I’m a massive foodie and love cooking, baking and trying new places to eat. I also host a cookbook book club, so there’s often something tasty happening in the flat. I’m very much a cosy plans, good food, chats on the sofa, pub quiz, movie night kind of person, but I also really value having our own space and downtime too.

It’s a relaxed and flexible home. I occasionally have friends or family over and they may sometimes stay, and I’m happy for you to have friends over occasionally too. As long as we’re considerate and keep each other in the loop, I think it should feel easy and comfortable for both of us.

I’m looking for someone clean, kind, considerate and easy-going, who will treat the flat like a home and help keep it feeling calm, friendly and comfortable.
