Room for Rent in Harbourside

Looking for a new housemate to take a room in a waterside apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/sitting. There is great views from the apartment and the outdoor noise is manageable with thick windows and walls.

I am a 30 y/o professional who enjoys making music and watching football. I like to get out the flat throughout the day and looking for a housemate that is considerate and respectful particularly at night time. I do a bit of DJ'ing and like to have friends over but not frequently during the week.

As there are two bathrooms, you would have your own bathroom and shower as photographed.
