It's very easy for Cribbs, the new Bristol Zoo, Amazon and Southmead Hospital too. It has excellent commuter access; 5 min drive to the M5 junction, from there 5 mins to M4.

There's a big back wildlife garden with fruit trees and pond. If catching a few rays with a coffee in the morning sun is your thing, you'll love it.
