I am going away and letting my 1 bedroom flat for 4 weeks starting the 22nd of June. Fully equipped and cosy apartment. It comprises of big bedroom with a balcony, separate living/kitchen, hallway and a bathroom. It also has a desk and a working space set up if you need to work from home. It is light and spacious flat. Located in a quiet green area in Henbury, 5min walk from Blaise Castle estate park. It takes around 15min on the bus to Whiteladies road and 30min to the city centre (harbourside) depending on the time of the day, very convenient for motorway access if you drive. Free parking on the street. Could be ideal for someone relocating to Bristol, big enough for a couple.
It is £980 for these 4 weeks all bills included, and security deposit is £500 which you get back in the end of tenancy (providing there is no damage). If you are interested, please message me with a bit of information about yourself.
