I’m letting out a spare double room in my 2-bed flat in Henbury, all bills included. Shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, bookshelf, large desk, chair & clothes rail. There is also a closet in the room with 4 shelves for storage.

About me: I’m a 29-year old live-in landlord with two ginger cats called Phil and Grant who love a good fuss. I’d want to find a housemate who’d be up for socialising now and then – whether it’s having a meal or some drinks in the lounge, playing games or watching TV. I’m a vegan and like to cook – so if you’re vegan or veggie inclined, please do enquire! I work from home as a Software Tester and the internet connection is great, the room is suitable to work from home with a desk already provided.

Would be looking for someone aged 25-35 with similar interests and be happy to live with the two cats.
Bus routes nearby are the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 76, it’s about 50 minutes to Bristol city centre or 25 minutes by car. Also very close to the M5 and Cribbs Causeway. The area itself though is very quiet. Only 5 mins from local shops like Co-op etc.

Place is available from 2nd March - £600pcm all bills included.
