I'm offering a double bedroom located in Henbury, Bristol. The property is a modern, new-build flat with a dedicated parking spot for you in the locked, undercroft car park.

The room is available part-furnished (only wardrobe included) but the rest of the house is furnished. The bedroom can accommodate a double bed, but is ideally suited for a single bed with space for a small desk. There is a shared living room and kitchen and a large bathroom. The kitchen comes with an electric hob and you would have your own fridge (in-built unit in the kitchen) and share the freezer. There is also a shared washer in the utility cupboard.

In terms of amenities, there is a Lidl a mere 5-minute walk away and a Co-op a 10-minute walk away. In addition, there is a gym with a pool as well as a pub, each only a short 10 minute away.

Bus services to city centre are regular (every 5-10 mins) and the journey time varies, taking anywhere between 50mins - 1 hour.

Bills are included in the rent.

A bit about me:
I am a 27 year-old Aerospace Engineer. I like to gym, game and read in my spare time. It's usually pretty quiet during the week but I'm always up for a dinner party, pub quiz or game night at the weekend. I also currently work from home which comes in handy if you have an amazon delivery ;)

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy and ideally vegetarian / vegan (deal-breaker if not unfortunately).
