🏠 The Home

I'm the live-in owner and have been here for around five years.

I've enjoyed hosting lodgers over the last 18 months and my current lodger is moving on shortly. I've been fortunate to have had two excellent lodgers and both arrangements have worked very well.

My partner often stays at weekends; otherwise it's just me.

I split my time between working from home and attending meetings elsewhere. I'm an accountant and business adviser and also a part-time musician. I do practise occasionally, so there can be some music around from time to time, but the flat is generally a calm and relaxed place to live.

The flat is clean, tidy and well looked after. I'm looking for someone similar – easy-going, considerate and happy sharing a home rather than simply renting a room.
