Furnished room available in 2 bed flat

Hi!

I’ve got a room available from March to September in my 2 bed flat. The flat is fully furnished, has free on street parking outside, bus stop to town/cribbs is right outside. Blaise castle estate is a 10 min walk (easy access for Saturday morning park runs!). Lidl and Aldi are both walking distance, and bigger supermarkets are 5 min drive away up at Cribbs causeway. Easy access to M4/M5.

The bedroom is nice and bright, faces the communal garden to the rear of the properly and comes furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and wardrobe. I’ve got the smaller bedroom facing the front of the property, but I’m rarely at home so the room is better suited to someone with an established social life in Bristol.
Kitchen doesn’t come with a dishwasher (sorry!) but other than that is fully kitted out with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven.

There’s a communal shared garden including a brick shed which is perfect for securely storing bikes.

Price includes contributions towards bills, including council tax. Indoor cats welcome.
I’d prefer to share with someone more my age (i. e. in their 30s) who also prefers their own space and is independent. Please include your favourite colour as well to show you’ve read the advert!
