Double room for rent in our home, single shared bathroom along with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room. Bedding can be provided for the double bed.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and our equipment. We just ask that you are considerate and clean up after yourself.

We are a busy, professional couple who are looking for a respectful, tidy and independent person to rent our spare room. This would suit someone working full-time looking for a quiet comfortable home rather than a busy house share.

We are friendly and sociable but also value our own space so are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
