Small Double Available In Friendly House Share

Hello! We have a lovely small double bedroom going in our home in Hengrove, tenancy starting 11th July🥰

The boring (but important!) stuff:

Rent is £600 including all bills and deposit is £600, deposit protection scheme. The contract is 6 months with a lovely private landlord, no agency fees.

The room is upstairs and currently comes part furnished with a single bed and built in wardrobe, but this can be changed to a small double if you would prefer! The house has one bathroom, a lovely garden, a garage and a drive with lots of space on the road for parking too. You can get the 2, 2a, 376 or 172 bus to centre from a stop just around the corner and there’s multiple large supermarkets to choose from all around a 5 min drive away. There’s also a corner shop and an esso garage down the road for the snack run.

Sadly no pets as I already have a very sweet little rescue cat called Peaches who very much likes to be the only animal in the house.

The cool stuff:

We are Sophie (24), Alice (22) and Ruby (21) and as our other lovely housemate is moving on to a different city, we’re looking for someone else to fill her room and hopefully become a good pal as well as a housemate. We’re a mix of veggie/non-veggie so we don’t really mind what you eat!

We all get on really well and we’re pretty arty social beans. Alice is studying English Literature, Ruby is studying filmmaking and I am just finishing a masters in performance design for Theatre and will be working as a freelance designer in the coming months. We have a lot of houseplants and I absolutely love gardening, so if you’re also a plant person and don’t mind living in a jungle thats a big bonus! We’re all really close friends and love socialising and doing things together, but equally we’re big home-bodies and would love to live with someone who also enjoys a quiet and cosy home.

We would love to live with someone of a similar age who’s clean and keen to do their bit around the house, is up for a boogie and a pint in the kitchen or at the local open mic every now and then and who doesn’t mind living with a sassy but very sweet little cat🥰
