Off street parking is available on the large driveway. The property is well-located, with easy access to Bristol city centre via the A37 and easy access to the A4174. There are major bus routes within a 2-minute walk. It's approximately a 30-minute walk to Temple Meads.

High speed broadband is included, as are other bills. Council Tax is included.

We have a cat named Juno, so someone who likes cats is essential. She is very sweet, but also curious.

The lounge has 2 couches and a large screen TV with movies and sports channels.

We are both full time working professionals — hybrid working, with one of us solely working from home.

The room and house is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the garden areas.

The room currently has a double bed and chest of drawers included. These can be removed if you would prefer your own furniture.

The room boats 2 large walk in wardrobes providing excellent storage.
