Looking for the right person to move in

Hey, my name is Briony I’m 32 years old. I am a civil servant and part time lash technician. I have a 4/half year old little girl.

I own this 3 bedroom house with me and my daughter and we are looking for the right person to move into and rent the spare bedroom.

As I have my little girl living here of course it has to be the right person! I’m looking for a professional easy going person.. preferably women but would also consider a male if the right person.

My little girl is with her dad every week and some evenings in the week also so she won’t be there every day. She’s a very well behaved little girl.

As long as the tenant respects my home, your home is my home as they say! :)

The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached with a large garden & 2 parking spaces.

A double bedroom with a bathroom next door.

£800 all bills included- I will be sorting WiFi.
