Spacious double bedroom (en-suite). Quiet location

We are looking to rent out an en-suite room in our beautiful 4 bed house in the heart of Henleaze. The room is fresh light and airy, and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, clothes hanger, a table, a chair and a tv stand. Bedding/soft furnishings in the en-suite are not included. There is a tranquil sunny garden to enjoy in summer and lots of free parking. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor (loft conversion) with varied ceiling height (if you are taller than 6 feet, you may find this annoying!).

We are located only a few minutes by foot away from Henleaze high street with lots of handy amenities (post office, coffee shops, co-op, tesco, gym), including Eastfield pub. Short drive away from Southmead hospital. Few minutes walk to a bus stop with frequent service to the city centre (15-20 min), and Tier scooters if that’s your thing! A 15 min walk to big Waitrose, Scott cinema, Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen and Westbury on trym village. A 20 min walk to the Clifton downs.

We are a family of 3 with a young daughter (3 y. o.) and a very friendly cat. Our daughter is in a full time nursery Mon-Thur, and I look after her on Fridays. My husband and I are both professionals and are working from home quite a bit. Hence, we’d prefer a lodger that does not generally work from home. However, an odd WFH day is fine.

Bills are included. 3 month let would be preferable but we’d be open to consider shorter lets as well. Open to discuss Monday-Friday lets. We are looking for a tidy, respectful and easy-going person to live with us.
