Lovely room to rent in Henleaze in large flat

I’m leaving my room and my lovely flatmates Amelia and Liv will need someone to take over from me!

The contract would start from the 17th of June

☀️ The room and flat - photos are from a year ago but everything is the same except from decorations in the room

I will be leaving the mattress and the desk so it’s part furnished

The kitchen gets the sun pretty much all day which is lovely to sit in, and the large living room gets the evening sun and sunset

Less than 10 minute cycle to Gloucester Road and right by the downs

Also room for parking for a small car round the back

☀️ Housemates - All mid twenties, Amelia works in fashion doing events at festivals this year! Liv works at a bookshop and the local pub. We like to do some bits and bobs together like chilling in the park in the sun, but also respect each others space and have down time after work too.

I’m so sad to be leaving these girls they have been so lovely to live with.

Bills are fixed rate all included in the £116. Deposit would be £615 paid before the first rent is due. Bills and rent go out on the 1st of every month. However due to the move in date there would be some calculating to pay me back for the rest of June.

Ideally looking for another chill girl in their 20’s but honestly not that fussy if you are the right kind of person. Will do viewings asap :)))
