Hey! My lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to join me.
The flat is light, bright and well laid out – nothing fancy, but super liveable! Kitchen has loads of cupboard space. Storage space downstairs if you have a bike etc. Nearly new shower which is great - hot water, good pressure. Landlord works downstairs so fixes stuff immediately and is extremely chilled!
Doing a bit of a house reshuffle, so either the big or small double room will be available depending on your preference (the smaller one will be a bit cheaper). Probably turning the living room into a bedroom, but open to suggestions!
Flat is unfurnished, you’re welcome to bring stuff if I don’t already have it! My current housemate might be selling some bits (e. g. bed, wardrobe) if you’re interested. Furniture in the photos is older and likely will have changed!
It’s located in a residential area. About a 15-20 min walk to Henleaze or Westbury-on-Trym high streets. 3 min walk to a bus stop with regular links to the city centre and Gloucester Road. <5 min walk to the local BeeHive pub!
No garden, but lots of green space nearby – Downs (25 min walk), Badock’s Wood / Henleaze Swim Lake (5 min walk) and Horfield Common with outdoor saunas (10-15 min walk). Big Tesco & Horfield Leisure Centre <5 min drive
I'm a 28-year-old vet from Ireland, but I’ve lived in Bristol for years. I work full-time and my hours are pretty long. I love getting outside playing tennis, tag rugby, running, etc. Bonus points for a morning running buddy or someone to hit the pub with now and then! Looking for a housemate I actually get on with rather than just someone to pass in the hallway!! Definitely not a party flat, “Lights out” around 10pm most nights as I’m often up early.
