Monday to Friday let available in beautiful house

Hi, my name is Fiona and I'm an Associate Professor at the University of Bristol. I have a 6 bed house in Henleaze near Watirose, about 10 mins by bus from the triangle or 30 mins walk. It's about 2km from Southmead hospital and on major bus routes to the Northern fringe, Cribbs and the Centre.

We have a warm, furnished spare room - with a double bed, wardrobe and desk - for rent Monday to Friday (or similar). The room is in a wing of the house with a dedicated bathroom. There are two other bathrooms in the house.

We have 3 children at school who are busy doing their own thing, but please be aware that the house is a family home. We have a large kitchen, living room and gym and you would be able to use any of these, or can hang out in your room - up to you! We have had numerous lodgers in the past decade.

You can store a bike in the garage if needed.

We have a small well behaved (soppy) dog Lily who also lives with us.
