Hi! I’m George, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly shared house on Wellington Hill West.

Spacious and fully furnished (more than enough room for everything I own!)
Located on the ground floor at the back of the house, with a lovely view of the garden
If you need extra storage, there’s a spare room upstairs available for that

🏠 The House
Shared spaces include a kitchen, bathroom, and living room
Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of fridge space and all essential kitchenware provided
Shared areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks

🚗 Parking & Travel
One driveway space available (currently unused)
Free on-street parking 24/7
There is a bus stop just outside the house and it is a short walk to Gloucester road
Large Tesco less than 10 minute walk

Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax)
