Large double bedroom available in a maisonette on Henleaze road. Fully furnished house with a bed/drawers/wardrobe/desk in the bedroom. The shared areas include a large living room with a home gym, a large open kitchen and a toilet/bathroom. Currently have 2 male tenants both in our late 20's who are laid back, preferably looking for someone similar who cleans up after themself!

Walking distance from the Clifton Downs, bus services outside for commuting and plenty of free street parking.

Room available from 1st March 2026 on a minimum 6 month contract. Landlord is friendly, reliable and leaves us to it unless needed.

Rent is £600 a month. Bills are split between 3 and average £100-£150 a month per person. The house is council tax band D.
