You’d be living with me - A 28 year old who works as a fibre engineer during the day. I sometimes stay away with work so some days I wont be in. Very sociable, I am also very focused on my health and wellbeing. I love running and working out. I also have a big passion for music.
Spacious double room which will be unfurnished with a window that lets in lots of light. The room is not overlooked by any neighbours, and your own bathroom with a shower, and toilet. The lounge is a good open space as well, which hasn't had too much love over the years, so happy to re-arrange to create a more homely vibe. The kitchen is also a good size with plenty of cupboards and space which includes a washing machine with a tumble dryer built in and a dishwasher but I've never used it the whole time I've lived here. The flat also has a small room which I've made into a office space which I am happy for you to use if needed.
The flat is located on Henleaze Road opposite a Co-op and Boots and very close to a Tesco garage, post office, several hair dressers/barbers, bakery, deli, cafés, takeaways, fitness, GP surgery, several charity shops (the list goes on) as well as a cinema, pub and Waitrose supermarket just down the road.
There is a Voi scooter parking zone just down the round also a bus stop with buses heading down into the city centre or back up to Cribbs Causeway every 15-20 minutes or so. If you have a car, the private allocated parking space is situated at the back of the property away from the road.
Durdham Downs is a 10 minute walk away offering an enormous green space to enjoy (which I feel totally makes up for the lack of garden) and 'Badock's Wood' is only about 10 mins walk away offering beautiful woodland walks with streams and picnic areas. Southmead Hospital is a 30 minute walk away.
Rent will be £700 per month each.
Bills currently come to about £190 per month each (to include gas, electric, council tax, water, internet). Deposit is £500.
