Spacious room with double bed, wardrobe and desk.
Well equipped kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 freezers, washing machine, dryer, oven/hob and microwave in spacious open plan living area with sofas and dining table.
Shared but separate toilet and bathroom (with
2 boys and 1 girl all music students at DBS)
Tenancy is 27/8/26-31/8/27
Rent is £805/m with bills included
(£9,670.68/year but payable quarterly, with a security deposit of £604)
There is a shed for storing bikes, free car parking outside, also good bus links 5 minutes walk for access to UWE, UoB and city centre. The flat is on the first floor above a church hall that doesn’t get used very often, there is nobody above the flat and it’s in a safe secure area. Please message me if interested.
