Room on 2nd / top floor with 4'6" double bed, wardrobe, desk and storage cupboards. Room is at front of house and overlooks a quiet residential road.

Shower room is next door, shared use mainly with another lodger in room next door (there are 2 bathrooms + 1 separate WC in house)

Female lodger preferred as our other lodger in adjoining room is female and bathroom shared.

Includes all bills, council tax and wifi. Can also lend bed linen if required.

Free to use kitchen, laundry, living spaces which are shared with owners, family and 1 other tenant. There is unrestricted on-road parking.

Owners are professional couple with adult children who have left home but regularly visit. There is 1 other tenant in the house.

Would be ideal for mature student, overseas student, post-grad, academic, medic, teacher or professional person looking for accommodation for the next 6-12 months with possible extension.

Convenient location near Bristol hospitals Southmead & BRI, bus stops with direct link to central Bristol, easy access to north Bristol offices / Aztec West / Parkway. Close to the Downs.

Henleaze is a quiet residential neighbourhood in north Bristol, with a range of shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and cinema within a 5-10 minute walk of our house. It's also easy to access the green space of the Downs, which starts just at the end of our road.

£600 paid monthly in advance + £600 deposit.
