Coming up to the property you are welcomed by a 60sqm roof-top garden with plenty of sky, and nice spot to relax, entering the conservatory, my favourite communal room in the flat, light and airy, with house plants, It's great even in winter, into the kitchen where we find all the essentials, cupboard space, and fridges. The lounge area is spacious with a fireplace, books and wide screen TV. The big windows and wooden floors make it very cozy and homely.
The rooms available are all furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, mirror and stool/chair. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. There are two bathrooms/showers which are shared.
There's a small shed where a few items may be stored.
Deposit is one month's rent.

The location here is great with a fantastic pub, Waitrose, a cinema and the library all next door. Good bus connections for the centre and the north of the city, there's free parking, a posh deli and a secret spa close by and charity shops in the vicinity too. Good access for centre. Gloucester road and North Bristol
