The house is a beautiful character house, with original fireplaces, high ceilings and bay windows. There are two shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, living room/dining room for all tenants to use as well as a small but sunny courtyard garden.
The other tenants are all mid -20s to early 30s, male and female, university graduates and now working. Easy going and friendly. A few work in Southmead Hospital, a teacher etc. Most of them cycle about the place, members of local gym and swimming pool etc.
All seem very nice and are happy with the house.
There is also a cleaner that visits the property once a week and a gardener which keeps the house clean and tidy. Both paid by landlady. Bills approx £95 pcm.
