Studio/ 1 bed flat available in Filton/ Horfield borders from approx. 1st Jan for up to 8 weeks. Flexible dates. All my stuff will be left in the flat as I’m renting whilst I go on holiday but there will be cupboard spac and you can use kitchen items etc.

Open plan flat on second floor of a block. Whilst it is on Gloucester Road it is at the north end, close to Southmead, MOD, amentities and public transport links.

Flat is fully furnished with all mod-cons including washing machine, TV, wifi etc. Sofa is different to one pictured. Dining table with 2 chairs.

As it's close to Southmead Hospital/ Airbus/ Aztec West would suit a professional in this area. Clean, considerate person or couple required.

Parking is available on residential streets, direct bus into Bristol, cycling is 15 minutes. Scooters outside.
