The room has Wi-Fi access (Virgin 350Mbps), CAT6 cabling direct to the router, plenty of electric sockets/USB points and a TV aerial point. It benefits from an ensuite bathroom that has a high performance shower and is finished to a high standard

Slick and spacious sociable kitchen with breakfast bar and kitted out with modern appliances
Relaxing communal area with sofa and HDTV, plus outside decked space to chill at the end of your busy day
Weekly cleaner for the communal areas
Outdoor space for you to enjoy in the summer, looked after by a gardener every fortnight
Dedicated, secure cycle storage
Location
You will find the house on Toronto Road, five minutes from Southmead Hospital. We have two off road parking spaces (first come first served) and no restrictions for on road parking.
A Tesco and Co Op supermarket are within walking distance, as are pubs and other local shops and amenities. It is no more than a 30 minute bus ride south into central Bristol on the Filton Road, and Airbus, Rolls Royce and Royal Mail are a short trip north. The M4 is a 10 minute drive.
The Boring Stuff
A single all in monthly payment of £900 covers all of your rent, and bills with no extras. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be securely registered with the DPS and held there during your tenancy. The property includes all necessary safety features, including smoke alarms, fire doors, individually lockable bedrooms etc
Talk to our cleaner about having your room cleaned on a weekly/fortnightly basis for a small charge paid directly to them.
