House to share only with 2 other people. No agency fees to pay.

We are professionals and enjoy socialising, but also relaxing quiet evenings after long days at work. We are looking for a like minded, friendly, tidy and considerate lodger.

Bills included are council tax, water and the Internet.
Bills not included are gas and electricity (approx £30 in summer and £50 in winter).
