A ground floor double room is available in a friendly modern 3-storey house. It is situated north Bristol in Horfield in a quiet road. Currently occupied by 3 professional women ages 25-32. We are looking for another professional female of a similar age to join us. The rent is £650.00 pcm with bills included and the room comes fully furnished with 4ft bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk and bedside table. It also has use of the downstairs toilet and shared upstairs bathroom.

It comes with plenty of street parking and a private gated parking spot which is shared by the residents. The house also has a large kitchen, living room, garage and garden for communal use.

We currently all work 9-5 jobs with a blend of hybrid and office based working. We are a friendly and sociable house who enjoy sports, dancing, watching TV and films together and occasionally going for dinner and drinks. The house is kept clean and tidy by ourselves and we would love someone to join us who is also sociable, clean and tidy. It has a comfortable living room on the first floor with large TV.

The house is situated a 10 minute walk from Horfield Leisure Centre, 10 minute walk from the top of Gloucester Road, 20 minute walk to Filton Abbey Wood Train Station, on the 70, 73, 74, 75 and 76 bus routes and for supermarkets. We are a walking or driving distance to Lidl, Aldi, Asda, Sainsburys and Tesco Extra.
