A middle floor double room with ensuite is available in a friendly modern 3-storey house. It is situated in north Bristol in Horfield in a quiet road. We are 3 professional women ages 25-32 living in the house. We would prefer another professional female of a similar age to join us. The rent is £780.00 pcm with bills included and the room comes fully furnished with 4ft bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It has exclusive use of an ensuite shower room
It comes with plenty of on-street parking and a private gated parking spot which is shared by the residents. The house also has a large kitchen, living room, garage and garden for communal use.

We mainly work 9-5 jobs but with some shift work, with a blend of hybrid and office based working. We are a friendly and sociable house who enjoy sports, dancing, watching TV and films together and occasionally going for dinner and drinks. The house is kept clean and tidy by ourselves and we would love someone to join us who is also sociable, clean and tidy. It has a comfortable living room on the first floor with large TV.

The house is situated a 10 minute walk from Horfield Leisure Centre and 15 mins from Southmead Hospital, 10 minute walk from the top of Gloucester Road, 20 minute walk to Filton Abbey Wood Train Station, on the 70, 73, 74, 75 and 76 bus routes. Supermarkets: we are in walking or driving distance to Lidl, Aldi, Asda, Sainsburys and Tesco Extra.
