I am renting my spare front bedroom in my fully furnished and carefully decorated house. My home is in a quiet road and a very good location being close to Gloucester Road with all its shops and amenities . Good links to public transport and local community services. 5-10 min drive to Southmead hospital, or to the BRI Hospital 5min walk to Horfield Common, 5-10 min walk to the Gloucester Rd. All bills are included in the rental price.

The bedroom is a spacious double room which is neutrally decorated. There is a bedside table and double wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. There is a lounge and a dining room also a spacious kitchen extension. The house comes with full gas central heating, broadband Wi FI and on street parking. There is a private gated back garden with patio and grassed area,

I do prefer to offer the accommodation to single females to share the house with, although I am often not at home as I travel a lot (I am retired). I am 70 but fairly active, I play badminton 2/3 times a week. I enjoy music, singing and films but for the most part will be away from the property.
