Monday-Friday furnished room in friendly house

The room is available for *Monday evening - Friday morning* rental only. Please do not apply for full time rental.

This is a beautifully sunny room, on a quiet street near to Gloucester road and Horfield Sports centre.

The house will be shared with one friendly and respectful female housemate, 34.

I am looking for somebody who would like to make this a home, rather than just hide away in their room.

The house has a spacious yet cosy living area, new kitchen, and new bathroom, which is shared but kept clean. I'm looking for somebody who is friendly and sociable and also respectful of others - in terms of noise and tidying up after themselves in the shared areas.

The street is nice and quiet and the mattress in the room is recently new: pocket sprung with a firm memory foam layer, plus black out curtains, all for a good night's sleep.

I occasionally get a cleaner in to help keep ontop of things, but on a day to day basis I like to keep the place looking beautiful and clean, so someone who takes pride in their surrounds and is willing to tidy up after themselves is needed.

Please tell me a bit about your situation, in terms of your commute situation for needing a week day let, a bit about yourself and how you like to spend your evenings etc. I feel it's important to have a good fit for both myself and whoever uses the room so some information helps with finding the right compatibility :)

It will be available from beginning of February, but that can be a little flexible.
