Hello! Myself, Amber and Nikita (all 26–27, pictured) are looking for a professional female housemate to join us in our four-bed terraced home just off Filton Avenue, at the top of Gloucester Road, from December.

Bills: ~£120/month (incl. council tax)
Deposit: £605 (held in a DPS)
Council Tax Band: C

The room is bright with plenty of natural light, but it's on the smaller side, so best suited to someone without lots of additional furniture. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with full-length mirror, desk, chair and bin. There’s room for a few smaller items if needed, and you can comfortably work from home in the room.

The house has a shared bathroom, medium-sized kitchen, a large, bright dining/living room with a TV, a big garden and patio area, free on-street parking and double glazing throughout.

We’re in a well-connected area with several bus stops within 5 minutes’ walk, taking you to places like Bristol City Centre, Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Temple Meads, Parkway and Bedminster. We’re around 20-25 minutes walk from Filton Abbey Wood and Ashley Down rail stations.

We’re a short walk from a little Tesco & Co-op, GP surgery, a leisure centre/gym, parks and pubs (with fab beer gardens!)

We’re all professionals working in Bristol and have been in the house for four years. Nikita works in project development in renewables. She loves cooking, trips away and socialising with friends. Amber is a sustainability consultant who enjoys badminton, walks and the outdoors. I work in comms and content creation at a law firm. I love cooking, long walks, and eating and drinking out with pals!

We're an open-minded, friendly and sociable household who enjoy spending time together. We love the occasional wine and game nights, watching films or (sometimes trashy) TV in the evening, weekend walks and occasional trips away, and outings to the pub! That said, we aren’t a party house and we appreciate downtime and personal space too, and we're looking for someone who’s on the same wavelength. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, and we all do our bit to make sure we clean up after ourselves and that the shared spaces are looked after.

We share household basics, and enjoy cooking communally during the week, so it would be an added bonus if you’re up for that! We all work Monday–Friday, and ideally, you would too. Sorry, no students!
