Large double room in cosy shared house

We are currently a house of 3 good friends but we are sadly losing a member of the house. This means we are on the look out for someone new to move in and join the family!

We are looking for someone who works full time but is not working from home. Who enjoys socialising in the evenings and on the weekends, whether that be cooking dinner together, watching tv or popping to the local pub. We would like someone who is looking for somewhere to call home, rather than a short term place to live.

A bit about us… Myself (Kat) & Sam both work full time, whilst we enjoy each others company both at home and out & about, we do lead individuals lives. We enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine and trash tv after a hard days work, and we love a good board game. We like to explore Bristol in all its glory, going to new restaurants, markets and pubs, as well as the vast amounts of walks around the area.

The house has a large living room, a reception room, which we keep a sofa bed in for guests, a large dining area and a kitchen. There is a small patio and seating area at the back of the house.
There is on street parking which does not require a permit. There are pubs, shops, leisure centre and a doctor’s surgery all within 5/10 minutes walk and there is a main bus route to the city centre or cribbs 2 minutes away.

The room is pretty much fully furnished, there will be a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It is a lovely spacious room at the back of the house so it’s nice a quiet.
Rent is £475 per month NOT including bills. At the moment bills are roughly £130 per month.

Unfortunately we CANNOT accept students, couples or any pets.

PLEASE NOTE; the move in date is still to be determined, it will be the first week in August however the landlords want to repaint the advertised bedroom after the current tenant moves out on the 3rd. We will hopefully have a definite answer in the next week or so.
