We have a double bedroom available to rent in this cosy & homely 4-bed house situated on Toronto Road, Horfield.

The room is unfurnished at £550p/m (bills not included). With bills, we're currently £650p/m and the house is on Council Tax Band C also.

A bit about the house...

It's fair to say we love the place and do our best to look after it. It's spacious, cosy and has a really sociable kitchen/diner where we've hosted many dinner parties and board game nights over the years. With that in mind, we're looking for someone that will bring warmth to the place and are eager to socialise together on occasion - such as watching a movie together or going to a pub quiz at the local 'Inn on The Green' round the corner.

Regarding the house , it comes equipped with:

- Two fridges and a freezer
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- A decent-sized garden that gets plenty of sunshine all year round
- Driveway that can hold two cars
- A bike shed

The location is about a 20-minute walk to Gloucester Road also and is easily accessible to the city centre via the 75,76 bus - that is if they turn up!

Also to note, we have a good relationship with the landlord and he's super responsive to sorting out any issues - usually in the next few days whenever he's aware of an issue! He actually renovated and lived in the property before so it's a house he takes great pride in.

A little bit about us...

I'm Jake, a 30 yr old Front-end Developer. I'm massively into my running and enjoy all manner of music - particularly ambient and electronic music. I also enjoy watching/playing sports and have recently got into Padel. Love a pub quiz also!

Dan, a 35 yr old Aerospace Engineer is super outgoing and regularly attends meetups throughout Bristol. He enjoys a good board game and regularly plays 5-a-side football at the nearby Leisure Centre.

Ed, a 27 yr old Cafe Manager is a bit of a Indie music connoisseur and has an extensive Vinyl collection. He's almost always at a gig in town every other week.

Paddy, a 26 yr old Environmental Analyst who's recently competed in a triathlon and is a bit of a movie savant. Like Ed, also loves his indie music and attending local gigs.

We're hoping to get started with viewings ASAP, preferably starting this Sunday with a view to move in on the 1st August.
